I guess I should remove the "Boss" part of the subject, since DH doesn't have a "Boss" anymore.

Still no news, except that DH's lawyer is going to start the lawsuit process.  They will most likely start with mediation.

Meanwhile, DH is still job hunting & networking.

OMG!  I can't believe what DH did when he got home today!

He walked in the door and said, "I've had enough of this cheap shirt!".  Then he tore the shirt off!

It was a work shirt with the company logo on it

I guess DH has made up his mind to quit.  I can't blame him, he hasn't received a check since July & there is a lot of $ owed to him (back pay, expenses & commissions).

He is submitting his resignation on Monday.

Oh my garnet!

It's been awhile since my last blog on this subject (07/07/08).  There was nothing new to report... until now.

Boss has been paying DH a minimal amount of $, but has not made a dent in the back pay owed.

This week DH found out, quite by accident, boss was going out of town.  DH says something like, 'You are going to send me a check before you leave, right'?   Needless to say, boss went out of town & no check
