I had not had any problems logging into the store until today.  Now it won't let me log-in so I am going to try the above instructions.  Hope it works.

We've also discovered that the AOL browser will not work at all......

Hi :-),

  I can log on to the message board but not on to the shop. It keeps telling me my password is incorrect and when I try to recover my password it tells me my email is invalid! I tried the steps above and I also deleted my cookies and temp files but nothing seems to work. Thanks for the help :-)

Please, make sure when logging in you are using the correct login

the shoppe requires its own login for security purposes and the community has a different login. You may use the same username and password, but you will still have to login in both places as the logins are not connected.

well i did everything you said to do and i still cannot get any where when i first logged in it was ok then i went to get that bettes free card and it says to sing in and i did and it says wrong username ?
