Peppermint patty covers and boxes

I am not sure where I remember seeing these but they are printables that were the little round covers for the patty and the box that held like three or four.  I would like to make some of these but I never bought the printable and I don't remember where I saw them.  Also I have seen these done with a scallopped punch.  Does anyone know what I am talking about?  Any help would be so appreciated.

I know what you are talking about, but, I can't find it either.  Here is a Halloween one that you may be able to make yourself.

Thank you GranAnn! I am just glad that someone knew what I was talking about.  Sometimes I think that I am going crazy trying to remember something!  I did find out that the ones that I remember was by Pam Ridenour.  It was across the street. So at least I found out that I wasn't crazy (well not completly!).
