Well, that's the part I'm still working on. LOL
Here is my idea, so far:
Laminate the page, using thick laminate. Add tiny eyelet 'earrings' to hang the real earrings from.
To expand the idea:
Hinge another frame behind it, so you can open it like a cabinet. Then hang necklaces & bracelets inside.
