Welcome to our special activity for National Scrapbook Week!
Participate in Scrap & Craft and you will receive some GREAT prizes! All you have to do is ……..drum roll please……. Scrap or Craft!! FUN, right??
Simply choose a category below, give yourself some “me craft time,” then post a picture of your creation to our gallery!
Create a page layout, any size, digital or traditional.
Post your projects in our Scrapbooking Digital or Scrapbooking Traditional Gallery Here (choose correct gallery by using the category drop down menu on the gallery page.)
The prize is this Quick Page set, ready for you to drop in your photos!
Create any type of craft (except greeting cards) that uses paper! Candy wrappers, brag books, gift bags, gallon cans, trinket boxes…anything you want! Craft may be made from any Aimee Asher printable. Post your project in our Craft Gallery Here
The prize is this awesome craft sheet by Audrey Jeanne Roberts! I LOVE this set!
Please note: Only complete projects will be counted towards prizes, not individual items. For example, if you do a quart can project filled with wrapped candy or notecards, and post photos of the pieces separately, it only counts for one prize and one entry for the grand prize drawing.)
Create a handmade card from scratch, or use one of our printables. If using a printable, try and add some embellishments to give it a unique “twist!” Post your projects to our Cardmaking Gallery Here
The prize is this supper cute card kit from Cardbuddy Designs!
Non-digital crafts that is! I want to see your Scraps and Crafts SO BAD that I am making a new category IF I can get a new prize (Carol from Winnipeg Crafts is working on one!) So show off your non-digital projects (because if it is digital, you should be using should be using Aimee Asher stuff which goes in the other categories! LOL LOL) So show off your crafts that you have made in the last few weeks or will finish up this week. How about trying some of the project ideas shared in our Blog?
Here’s the darling prize!
Projects posted must be completed between March 1, 2011 and May 14, 2011. The purpose is to have fun creating during this event, so please do not post something from the past. However, if you have a project started from last year and you want to finish it up now, that’s GREAT! Do it! I consider that wonderful progress and I want to see it!
Projects must contain at least 50% 40 – 50% of their content using products and/or freebies from Aimee Asher (except the Anything Goes category) This can be in digital projects as well as thin gs you printed out and used in your tangible creations. Embellish and mix it up however you wish. But show us how you enjoyed our products!
Projects must be uploaded to the appropriate gallery (see each category) by midnight CST, May 14, 2011 to receive prizes. PLEASE include in your descriptions the names of Aimee Asher products! If you don’t remember the name of the kit, please include the name of the Artist or Designer.
Each category has it’s own prize. Everyone who enters the category will receive the assigned prize.
You may receive all 3 prizes by posting 1 project in each category. OR by posting 3 projects in any combination of categories. But we will not mix and match the prizes. For example, post 3 cards & receive all 3 prizes. But if you post 1 card and want the prize from the scrap page category, we will not switch the prizes. Sorry! It’s too confusing for my little brain!
So, any combination of 3 projects gets you 3 prizes.
Any 1 project gets you the 1 assigned category prize. Whew!
Please note: Audrey Jean’s prize and Cardbuddy’s prize are for sale at other shops. If you have already purchased the prize, please let the artist know and they will offer you a substitute.
At the end of the week, everyone who participated will have their name put in a hat, one time for each COMPLETE project they posted. We will draw two winners.
So what are you waiting for? Stop reading this and start crafting! LOL
HAVE FUN!
